By accessing our website and purchasing our products (pre-built Shopify stores, themes, and digital assets), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.

2. Nature of Services

RocketEcoms.com provides pre-built eCommerce stores hosted on the Shopify platform. Our service includes the design, configuration, and transfer of these digital assets to the buyer.

  • Not Affiliated with Shopify: We are an independent agency and are not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

  • Shopify Fees: You acknowledge that after the store is transferred to you, you are solely responsible for all Shopify monthly subscription fees, transaction fees, and app subscription costs.

3. Earnings Disclaimer (Important)

We do not guarantee income or success. By purchasing a store from RocketEcoms.com, you acknowledge that:

  • We provide the vehicle (the website), but we cannot guarantee the destination (sales).

  • Your success depends entirely on your marketing skills, work ethic, economic conditions, and business strategy.

  • Any revenue figures mentioned on our site are for illustrative purposes or represent historical potential, not a promise of future earnings.

  • We are not liable for any financial loss you may incur while operating the business.

4. Intellectual Property & License

  • Store Ownership: Upon the completion of the transfer process, you obtain full ownership rights to the specific Shopify store instance you purchased, including its customer data, order history (if any), and domain (if included).

  • Graphics and Themes: The design elements, logos, and custom code provided by RocketEcoms.com are licensed to you for use on that specific store. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our proprietary theme files or design assets as standalone products to third parties.

5. Transfer of Ownership

  • Process: After payment, we will initiate the transfer of the Shopify store to the email address you provide.

  • Timeline: Transfers are typically initiated within 24-48 hours of purchase.

  • Responsibility: Once you accept the staff invite or transfer request, full responsibility for the store's management, security, and billing transfers to you. We are not responsible for any changes you make to the code or settings that break the store functionalities after the transfer.

6. Third-Party Apps and Suppliers

  • Suppliers: Many of our stores come connected to dropshipping suppliers (e.g., via DSers, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop). We are not responsible for the inventory, shipping times, or product quality of these third-party suppliers.

  • Apps: We may install third-party apps to enhance store functionality. You are responsible for any subscription fees associated with these apps after the free trial periods expire.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketEcoms.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our products.

  • We are not responsible if your store is suspended or banned by Shopify, payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal), or advertising platforms (Facebook/TikTok) due to your violation of their respective policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat.
