Return and Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Products At RocketEcoms.com, we specialize in selling pre-built Shopify stores. These are digital, intangible products. Due to the nature of digital assets, once a store has been transferred to your ownership, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. General Refund Policy All sales are final. Once the ownership transfer process of the Shopify store has been initiated or completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing a purchase on RocketEcoms.com, you acknowledge that the product is a digital asset and that you waive the right to a refund once you have accepted ownership of the store.

3. Eligibility for Refunds We are committed to fairness. Exceptions for a refund may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the store details or initiate the transfer within 48 hours of your purchase and have not contacted you regarding a delay.

  • Major Defects Prior to Transfer: If the store is significantly different from the description or demo provided on our website before the ownership transfer takes place.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

4. The Transfer Process & "Point of No Return" The sale is considered fully consummated and non-refundable at the moment the Shopify Staff Account invite is sent, or the Ownership Transfer is initiated within the Shopify dashboard. Once you accept the transfer or log in as an administrator, the asset is legally yours, and no refund requests will be entertained.

5. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at hello@rocketecoms.com.

  • Before Transfer: If you request a cancellation before we have started the transfer process or sent login credentials, we will issue a full refund.

  • After Transfer: If the transfer process has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.

6. Post-Purchase Support We want you to succeed. If you encounter technical issues with the store design or setup immediately after purchase, please contact our support team. We are happy to assist with fixing bugs or issues related to the original state of the pre-built store. Note: We are not responsible for issues caused by apps you install, code changes you make, or Shopify platform updates after the transfer.

7. Chargebacks We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a validly delivered digital product will be permanently banned from RocketEcoms.com, and we will submit evidence of the digital delivery and ownership transfer to the payment processor and relevant authorities.
