All products sold on RocketEcoms.com are digital assets (intangible goods). No physical products will be shipped to your address. Because of this, there are no shipping fees or physical delivery times associated with your purchase.
2. Delivery Method
Upon purchasing a pre-built Shopify store or theme, you will receive your product via one of the following methods:

Pre-Built Stores: Delivery is completed via the Shopify Staff Transfer process. We will transfer the store ownership directly to the email address you provided at checkout.

Themes & Digital Files: If applicable, smaller digital assets (like theme files or logos) will be delivered via a secure download link sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your store as quickly as possible.

Instant Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Store Transfer Initiation: The ownership transfer process is typically initiated within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase.

Completion: Once we initiate the transfer, you must accept the transfer request via email to finalize the delivery.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during weekends or holidays, but we generally operate 7 days a week.
4. The Transfer Process (Step-by-Step)
To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps after purchasing a store:

Look for an email from Shopify or Rocket Ecoms titled "Staff Account Invitation" or "Transfer Request."

Click the link in the email to create your Shopify account (if you don't have one) and accept the store.

Once you log in, the store is officially "delivered" and under your management.
5. Service Area
Since our products are digital, we deliver Worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions on who can purchase our pre-built stores.
6. Issues with Delivery
If you have not received your store transfer request or download link within 48 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
